Business Region Bergen - Offshore Northern Seas

Turbo Tape Games developed the Offshore Northern Seas trade fair solution for BRB in 2008. During the fair, held in Stavanger from the 26th through 29th of August, the Google Earth based application received much attention and high praise.

The solution was presented on two vertically fitted screens at the BRB stand, a common area for 27 associated sub contractors to the oil and energy sector, all located in Western Norway. Using the screens, visitors were enabled to navigate to and between the companies' locations, and subsequently acquire information about their services and products.

Among the available information were contact details, detailed sector descriptions, links to web resources and pictures and brochures from the selected company. The solution also made it possible to acquire driving directions, and to see the companies' locations among each other. Areas of interest, like urban centres, air ports and other collective hubs, were also included in the solution.
